INSTRUCTION (Ready-to-Eat) :
1. Take out the frozen raspberry from the freezer and portion it in a bowl.
2. Let it DEFROST for about 3 minutes at room temperature and it is ready to eat.
3. You may DEFROST it longer if it is still too cold.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTION (Smoothies) :
1. Take out the frozen raspberry from the freezer and portion it in a bowl WITHOUT DEFROSTING.
2. Mix in necessary ingredients like water, sugar and blend it for about 10 seconds.
3. Once done, remove it from the blender and serve in a glass or cup.
