Lemon is a fruit that is highly rich in vitamin C.


PREPARATION INSTRUCTION (smoothies) :
1. Take out the frozen lemon from the freezer.
2. Cut them up using a big knife into cubes. Size is according to your preference.
3. Put them inside a freezer container.
4. Portion it in a bowl for smoothies. Put the balance in plastic container back to the freezer.
5. Mix in necessary ingredients like water, sugar and blend it for about 10 seconds.
6. Once done, remove it from the blender and serve in a glass or cup.
