COOKING INSTRUCTION :
Deep Fryer Method
Portion Size: 500g per serving
1. Pre-heat cooking oil to 180°C (Make sure there's enough oil to cover the wedges).
2. Place frozen wedges into fryer basket and deep fry it for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Let wedges rest on fryer basket for 1 minute.
4. Gently toss the wedges for about 5 to 6 times before serving.
