Q: Do you deliver to outstation?
A: We cover the whole of West Malaysia, except Pulau Langkawi and East Malaysia at this moment.
Q: What mode of transport do you use to deliver our order?
A: For Klang Valley orders, we deliver using cold truck, bike or car depending on availability.
A: For Outstation orders, our delivery partner will handle the deliveries by packing the goods using insulated box with lots of ice & dry ice to ensure they arrive in safe condition.
Q: What do I need to take note of?
A: We will call you on the day of delivery and make sure someone is at home to recieve your goods.
Q: When can I recieve my goods after payment?
A: Your goods will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days after payment made and we will inform you prior to delivery.
Q: Frozen Food are not fresh and it is not hygienic. Is that true?
A: When it comes to frozen food, the freshness and hygienic aspect of it depend on the manufacturer’s handling and process practices. As long as the raw material comes in good condition and manufacturer handles them very well, the end product (frozen food) can be stored in frozen temperature for a very long time (ie: 1-2 years).
Q: Does your frozen fruit & vegetable contain sugar and/or preservative?
A: Our frozen fruit & vegetable does not contain any sugar nor preservative.
Q: How long do my items last?
A: Shelf life is between 12 to 24 months (depending on the handling of the goods).
Q: How to store my goods?
A: You have to keep them in the freezer all this time. As for the usage, there will be an instruction mentioned in the sticker label on the packaging.
Q: Can I keep the goods in the chiller?
A: Depending on the type of product. This applies to products that comes in block form. For example, soursop pulp, pineapple puree, pink guava puree and etc.
