Outskirt Selangor & All Other States
• Delivery Fee: RM50 (Standard)
• FREE DELIVERY for orders above RM500
• Delivery Time: 2–7 working days

How do I self-pickup my order?
1. Add Items to Cart – Select your desired products.
2. Enter Your Address – The self-pickup option will appear after you fill in your address.
3. Collect Your Order – Visit our shop and provide your Order ID.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We cover the whole of West Malaysia, except Pulau Langkawi and East Malaysia at this moment.

Are your frozen fruits and vegetables fresh or pre-frozen?
All products are frozen immediately after harvesting to lock in freshness and nutrients.
Do your products contain preservatives or added sugar?
No. Our frozen fruits, vegetables are 100% natural, with no preservatives, additives, or added sugar.
How should I store my frozen products at home or for business?
Keep products in a freezer at -18°C or below. Avoid defrosting and refreezing to maintain quality.
How long is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf life varies by product. Check the expiry date on the packaging. Typically, frozen fruits and vegetables last up to 24 months.
Are your products suitable for smoothies, cooking, or baking?
Absolutely! Our frozen fruits are perfect for smoothies, juices, desserts, and cooking, while vegetables and snacks are ready to steam, fry, or bake.
Do you offer custom or pre-cut products?
Yes. Businesses can request pre-cut fruits, vegetables, puree, or bakery fillings. Contact us to discuss your custom requirements.
C. Orders & Payment
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled before they are processed. Please contact us immediately if changes are needed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, online bank transfer & e-wallets.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
• Retail customers: No minimum
• Business customers: Minimum order quantities may apply depending on product and packaging.
Do you accept purchase orders for businesses?
Yes, we support purchase orders for registered businesses and bulk orders. Contact us to discuss terms.
D. Returns, Complaints & Support
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Can I return frozen products?
Due to food safety, frozen products cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue upon delivery.
